The historic, three-acre property — once owned by Tony and Oscar-winning composer Frederick Loewe — offers a truly elevated retreat to luxury, thanks to its unique design, its unbeatable views, its privacy and its layout, which is genuinely meant for entertaining and unwinding.

Perched on a hillside, the grounds of the Frederick Loewe Estate are an absolute sanctuary, from the stunning pool, spa, pond and waterfall, to the semi-private tennis court, an engaging sculpture garden, healthy citrus orchards and olive trees, and an abundance of mature palms.
